Welcome to Apex Glass Industries. By accessing, browsing, or using our website (apexglassindustries.com) or purchasing our products and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

  • Apex Glass Industries specializes in custom glass fabrication, installation, and nationwide shipment of hardware and glass kits.

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Apex Glass Industries and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

2. Products & Services

  • Custom Glass: All shower enclosures, railings, partitions, and panels are fabricated based on customer-provided measurements and approved shop drawings.

  • Hardware & Kits: We offer pre-packaged and custom hardware/glass kits available for nationwide shipment.

  • Apex Glass Industries reserves the right to update product specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

  • Payments may be made via Zelle, check, credit card, or other approved methods. (Note: A 4% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.)

  • Orders will not enter production until payment is received and cleared.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment if fabrication has not yet begun.

  • Once fabrication starts, cancellations are not permitted, and deposits/payments are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of glass fabrication, all sales are final.

  • Exceptions are strictly limited and outlined in our Return & Refund Policy

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Local Delivery & Installation: Available within a 40-mile radius of Alpharetta, GA, and Atlanta, GA. Customers are responsible for ensuring site readiness and accessibility.

  • Nationwide Shipping: Hardware and glass kits are available for nationwide shipment. Shipping costs and lead times will be provided at checkout or upon request.

  • Apex Glass Industries is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or factors outside our control.

7. Site Access & Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse our site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or systems.

  • Use our website or products for unlawful purposes.

  • Reproduce or redistribute content without permission.

8. Warranties & Liability

  • Apex Glass Industries provides warranties on certain hardware and installation services, as specified at the time of purchase.

  • Glass products are warranted only against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation (if not performed by Apex), or third-party handling is not covered.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Glass Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Indemnification

By using our products and services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Glass Industries, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our products, services, or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

11. Changes to Terms

Apex Glass Industries may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
